Residential Roofing Sales Representative

Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach to build relationships with homeowners and generate new roofing opportunities. Inspect roofs, identify storm damage, and educate clients on the claims or replacement process. Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline from first contact through signed contract. Work closely with production and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience while generating referrals and building a strong local reputation within your territory. This field-based role serves the Denver Metro area, offering a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus 10% monthly commission and bonuses.
