Job Summary
The Residential Roofing Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth through lead generation, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, a self-driven and growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within construction or storm restoration, is preferred, along with familiarity with roofing systems. The position includes paid training, ongoing support, and uncapped commissions, creating an opportunity for impactful career growth.

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2C or B2B sales experience
- Construction/contracting background
- Canvassing sales experience
- Prior storm restoration industry experience
- Knowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits
- Cold calling and acquisition experience
