Job Summary

Residential RN provides direct nursing care to individuals with disabilities and complex medical needs in a residential setting. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medications, wound care, tracheostomy and enteral feeding, documenting care plans, coordinating with RN Case Manager and program director, and ensuring compliance with MAP regulations. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7 am–3 pm in Burlington, MA. Target pay: $45–$46 per hour. Requires MA RN license and CPR certification; 1+ year nursing experience; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; English and/or ASL proficiency. Equal Opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid licensed RN valid in the state of Massachusetts with minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain respectful relationships with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities
  • Must have a valid United States Driver’s license and proof of a good driving record
  • Must maintain CPR certification and complete required trainings
  • Must have physical capabilities to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to communicate in English and/or ASL
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in the community in a home setting with multiple residents or independent living
  • MAP regulations knowledge not explicitly required but referenced in duties
  • English and ASL communication skills
