Job Summary
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, then conduct property tours and showcase suites with product knowledge. Guide prospective tenants through the application, screening, and approval process while communicating promotions to maximize conversions. Prepare leasing documentation including applications, offers, and tenancy agreements, tracking activity in property management software. Collaborate with property management to ensure suites are ready for occupancy and support weekly leasing updates and market surveys. This part-time role reports to the Senior Sales, Leasing and Marketing Manager and is based in Kelowna, BC.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic, high standards, and personal accountability
- High degree of professionalism and maturity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and professional in all interactions
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or in a related field
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
