Job Summary
The role supports on-site residential remodel projects as a Residential Remodeling Trainee, assisting installers with safe, SOP-guided installations of tubs/showers, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates. Responsibilities include loading materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, traveling to customers’ homes, greeting clients, performing demolition and installation, thorough cleanup, and collecting paperwork/payments before returning to the warehouse. The position offers paid training, a clear path to growth, comprehensive benefits, and a starting hourly rate of $18-$21 with eligibility for health, retirement, and PTO benefits. The schedule is Monday–Friday starting early in the morning, with requirement for a valid driver's license and access to a smartphone for company systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
