Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Demo existing baths or showers, install new tubs, pans, and wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This role requires experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, along with basic knowledge of hand and power tools. You must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smart device for system access. Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30 AM
- Must be able to travel to customer's home
- Must be able to perform safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be able to follow PPE protocol
- Must be able to provide customers with a 5-star experience
- Must be able to arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM
- Must be able to load materials and trucks
- Must be able to greet customers and establish rapport
- Must be able to demo existing bath/shower
- Must be able to install new tub or pan
- Must be able to install wall surround
- Must be able to update plumbing if needed
- Must be able to clean up thoroughly
- Must be able to collect paperwork and payment

- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
