Job Summary
Residential Remodeling Trainee responsibilities include arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, traveling to customer homes, greeting clients, and establishing rapport, then performing safe installations by demoing existing bath/shower and installing new tub or pan, wall surround, and updating plumbing as needed. The role emphasizes following SOPs and PPE protocols, maintaining a clean job site, and collecting paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
