Residential Remodeler Trainee- W2, Full Time

Assist in residential remodel installations, including loading materials, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath/shower and installing new tub/pan, updating plumbing if needed, and ensuring clean work areas. Responsibilities include collecting paperwork and payments, following SOPs and PPE, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Strong emphasis on hands-on carpentry/remodeling, plumbing, and construction skills, using hand and power tools, and operating company systems with secure login. Must be punctual (6:30 AM start), have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be prepared to work in multiple client locations within the Boston area and surrounding MA/RI sites. Also requires basic safety and customer-service mindset, and willingness to train and grow within the role.
