Job Summary
Perform bathroom remodel installations including accessible shower systems, tile flooring, and related residential construction work to support individuals with impaired mobility in remaining safe and independent in their homes. Essential functions include demo and re-construction of existing residential products for new accessible layouts and bathing safety; provide excellent customer service to all customers; pick up and load company vehicle at warehouse location each morning; work on jobs throughout a designated region; receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training; work independently or as part of a team; comply with laws, company policies, and SOPs; assist in warehouse and inventory management; maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow traffic signs; perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize experience in residential remodeling or construction, tool proficiency, customer focus, HS diploma/GED, and ability to pass background checks. Physical requirements include outdoor/indoor work, lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and varied weather conditions. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years' experience in residential remodeling or construction
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
