Job Summary
Provide direct service and supervise daily living skills of residents within a group home for persons with long-term mental illness. Responsibilities include supervising residents in a safe environment, educating on basic living and social skills, coordinating medical services, ensuring medication compliance, maintaining documentation, crisis intervention, and transporting clients. Candidates must possess an Associates Degree in a Human Service field or equivalent experience, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A valid driver's license is also required.
