Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in NYS
- Unrestricted, valid NYS driver’s license for minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training within 60 days of hire and recertification annually
- Successful completion of an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
