Job Summary
Supervise and oversee a team of caregivers across multiple group homes in your assigned region, handling hiring, training, development, and compliance monitoring for staff and individuals served. Ensure quality services for home residents while collaborating with Managed Care Organizations on requirements. Travel monthly to each of the 10 group homes in your region and provide afterhours/weekend on-call support. Maintain facilities maintenance, inspections, and budget management while leading and coaching others remotely. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or social work, 5-7 years of residential management experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, hybrid role with 40-hour weeks including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- proof of Bachelor's Degree from an approved accredited institution with a psychology or social work focus
- qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional
- 5-7 years of Residential Management experience with multiple locations
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- current auto insurance
- monthly travel to each of the 10 group homes in their region
- afterhours/weekend on-call support
