Job Summary
Provide supervision and oversight of a team of caregivers across multiple residential group homes in your assigned region. Manage hiring, training, development, and compliance for staff and individuals served while ensuring quality services. Collaborate with Managed Care Organizations on requirements and conduct monthly travel to each group home in the Eastern Region. Maintain afterhours and weekend on-call support availability. This full-time, hybrid position requires a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or social work, five to seven years of residential management experience, and strong clinical skills.

- ability to lead and coach others remotely
- proof of Bachelor's Degree from an approved accredited institution with a psychology or social work focus
- qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional
- 5-7 years of Residential Management experience with multiple locations
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- current auto insurance
- afterhours/weekend on-call support
