Job Summary
Handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including supervising and assisting junior and senior law clerks with high-volume purchase, sale, and refinance matters. Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, and loan documents while liaising with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, and land registry offices. Requires minimum of 3 years' Real Estate experience, membership in good standing with the Law Society of a Canadian jurisdiction, and strong written skills. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
