Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants; build strong relationships through service and communication; determine market rents via rental analysis and comparable research; coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor communication; enforce lease agreements professionally; manage tenant expectations and conflict resolution; coordinate property turns and move-out processes; protect and improve the owner experience through proactive communication; support teammates and contribute to a collaborative culture. Requires an Active Arizona Real Estate License and proven residential property management experience; excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills; familiarity with technology platforms (AppFolio preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License
- Residential property management experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms
- AppFolio experience (preferred)
