Job Summary
Become a Residential Property Inspector as an independent contractor in Port Angeles, WA. Travel to residential properties to perform exterior (and occasional interior) inspections, take photos, collect property data, and upload findings via your smartphone or tablet. Deliver high-quality, accurate service with on-time delivery and clear communication. Must be a self-directed 1099 contractor, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather, and able to travel within your area; require a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and basic computer skills (Excel). Flexible hours with daylight work, typically 2–3 days per month, paid per inspection.
