Job Summary
Independent Property Insurance Inspector travels to residential properties to perform exterior inspections, take photos, collect data, and upload findings using a smartphone or tablet. Provide high-quality, professional service with accuracy and on-time delivery; communicate effectively with clients. Must be tech-savvy, have basic Microsoft Excel skills, a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, and be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 1099 Independent Contractor role with flexible hours and the ability to set your own schedule; compensation is per inspection.
