Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day project operations on new home builds and renovations, building and managing project schedules while ensuring subcontractors show up, perform quality work, and stay on task. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues, collaborating closely with internal teams, architects, and vendors to keep projects moving. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and up to high standards through clear communication with the team and clients. Manage projects exceeding $1M in size within a close-knit team focused on quality craftsmanship and a smooth client experience in the luxury market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Residential ground up and renovation experience
- Experience managing projects $1M or more in size
- Proven track record of managing schedules and keeping subcontractors accountable
