Residential Project Architect (Kalispell)

Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects from concept sketches through construction, translating client vision into innovative, functional solutions. Oversee coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors while researching code compliance and managing project budgets, schedules, and workflows. Produce accurate drawings and visuals using Revit and rendering tools, attend job site meetings to issue instructions, and respond to RFIs during the construction administration phase. Document meeting minutes and distribute them while ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Must be located in Kalispell, Missoula, or Bozeman and hold a Master's degree with at least two years of experience in high-end residential design.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 2 years' experience
- Emphasis or specialty in high-end residential design
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong proficiency in other 3D rendering tools, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate within a creative team environment
- Passion for design and architecture, possessing energy, talent, and an appreciation for timeless beauty and effortless function
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment and multi-disciplinary design teams
- Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Must be located in Kalispell, Missoula, or Bozeman
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.
