Job Summary
Safely transport participants and staff between residential programs, medical appointments, community activities, and office locations in the Needville and Stafford area. Transport medications, documentation, and program-related materials between sites in accordance with company policies. Assist participants with transportation needs, including appointment arrivals and community events. Operate passenger vans and company vehicles while adhering to Texas traffic laws and safety standards. Complete daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and document mileage and maintenance concerns. Communicate with supervisors and treatment teams regarding schedules, transportation needs, and participant safety. Support a positive environment using appropriate de-escalation techniques when situations require additional support. Full-time on-site role with hourly pay of $14.00-$16.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background, driving record, and any required health screenings
