Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the assigned residential home by providing direct support services to residents, guiding direct care staff, and coordinating active programming. Ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate hiring and training, and manage scheduling while delivering hands-on assistance in daily living skills, community outings, and behavior support. Maintain strong communication with families and clinical partners to provide peace of mind and uphold individual rights. Requires a valid NYS driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for shift coverage. Full-time role in Geneva, NY, with a 7am-3pm schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience
- Internal candidate requires 1-year of relevant experience
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises
- Ability to work independently and motivate others
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
