Job Summary
Residential Program Supervisor I in Richfield, MN oversees group-home services for people with disabilities, collaborates with care teams, leads direct support staff, participates in individual planning meetings, coordinates scheduling and training, administers medications, and helps build independent living skills. The role supports individuals to live in their homes and participate in their communities, with duties including meal planning, appointments, safety and budgeting education, and supervision of staff from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of human service experience in supporting either adults or children with disabilities
- Minimum of six months of supervisory experience
- Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license
