Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a one-person specialized residential program by supervising direct support professionals, coordinating activities and transportation, and ensuring adherence to Individual Support Plans and Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations. Provide hands-on direct care, respond to behavioral or medical emergencies, and maintain compliance with organizational policies while collaborating with clinical and administrative departments. Assist with staff scheduling, monitor documentation quality, and participate in meetings and on-call responsibilities as assigned. Maintain a stable, well-trained team that promotes the individual's safety, independence, and community participation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of direct care experience
- NADSP Frontline Supervisor certification or the ability to obtain the certification within three months of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and employment screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, behavioral health, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a residential or human services setting
- Experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral or specialized support needs
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations, person-centered practices, and trauma-informed care
