Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs, supervise and coach site supervisors, and coordinate individualized program plans for people with intellectual disabilities. Collaborate with families, residential providers, and ISP teams to ensure quality care while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal standards. This role requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, willingness to travel within the community, and certification as a Pennsylvania Certified Investigator. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience
- Associate's degree (or 60 credit hours) and four (4) years of experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing and able to travel within the community
- Willing to obtain Pennsylvania Certified Investigator certification
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in residential habilitation service oversight or direct care
