Job Summary
Residential Program Manager overseeing a community-based home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lead day-to-day operations, train and coach staff in behavior supports, communication strategies, and daily care; coordinate with case managers, healthcare providers, families, and partners to ensure coordinated supports; ensure compliance with licensing, policy, and safety protocols; strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or similar settings
- Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Valid Oregon driver’s license (or transferable MVR)
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- Completion of pre-employment drug screening
