Job Summary
Residential Program Manager responsible for leading a team of direct support professionals in a trauma-informed, youth-centered residential program for adolescents. Drive development and execution of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans, implement crisis intervention, coordinate with mental health providers, schools, and child welfare, and lead staff training and supervision. Manage schedules, documentation, compliance tasks, and administrative operations to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; ensure safety, licensing standards, and staff certification requirements are met. Requires strong leadership, crisis management, and collaboration with partners to support wraparound services; valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Bonus experience in supervisory or leadership roles in adolescent-focused programs.
