Residential Program Manager – Men's House

Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Men's House residential treatment program, including clinical operations, staff supervision, and compliance with licensing and contractual requirements. Supervise licensed counselors, support staff, and services for up to fifteen residents while developing schedules, approving payroll, and conducting case reviews. Provide clinical guidance, mentor new staff, and facilitate team meetings to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. Maintain facility safety, monitor program operations and financial performance, and coordinate staffing for 24-hour coverage. This role supports residents in recovery through counseling, education, and role modeling within a safe, therapeutic living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current LADC license
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of two years' experience providing direct substance use disorder treatment
- At least one year of supervisory experience in addiction services or a comparable leadership role
- Experience with electronic health records, email, and standard computer applications
- Current CCS credential or eligible to obtain within six months
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or another relevant human services field
- Residential treatment experience
