Job Summary
Residential Program Manager to oversee all assigned residential homes, liaising with families/conservators, funders, and the case-management team; ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations; supervise on-call shifts, participate in staffing and retention initiatives, mentor staff, review Individual Support Plans, manage incidents and expenditures, and advocate for persons with disabilities while coordinating with HR and technology initiatives. Requires an Associates’ degree related to social services or management, experience leading teams in social services, and active driver’s license/insurance plus Medication Administration certification. Based in Lexington, TN with on-site housing support and 15-20% time in residential homes.
Required Qualifications
