Job Summary
Oversee the administration of the residential program by providing leadership, supervision, and clinical support to staff and clients. Manage administrative processes, develop and monitor staff scheduling, and interpret program budgets. Conduct staff meetings, supervise assigned personnel, and assist individuals in obtaining housing, inspections, and insurance benefits. Maintain relationships with outside agencies, complete investigations, and audit financial and case records. Develop community-centered opportunities and monitor all staff training. Perform physical intervention during crises and travel between programs, the office, and meetings. Complete business reports including petty cash, census, and payroll.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree or two years of program experience including supervision of staff, hiring, terminations, staff development and evaluation
- Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere
- Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients
- Must be able to travel between programs, office, trainings, and department meetings
- Must be able to perform physical intervention in the event of a crisis
