Job Summary
Lead a team in delivering person-centered residential supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; oversee staffing, training, performance management, and employee recognition; develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum; communicate with families/guardians; ensure ISP/PCP adherence including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management; ensure accurate program documentation and billable records; monitor health and medical needs and report concerns; manage relationships with families and guardians; ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, stocked with supplies, and compliant with regulatory requirements; may involve evenings/weekends and on-call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
