Job Summary
Residential Program Manager responsible for leading a team to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules and performance, developing and implementing Meaningful Day activity programs, communicating with families and guardians, ensuring ISP/PCP-aligned support including medication and behavior management, maintaining accurate documentation and billable records, monitoring health needs, managing vehicle and supply readiness, and coordinating overall program operations with compliance and inspections. Requires strong collaboration with families, adherence to regulatory standards, and flexibility to work varied hours. Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum two years of related experience; valid driver’s license and background checks/drug testing required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
