Residential Program Manager

Oversee and supervise all aspects of assigned residential programs, ensuring compliance with agency policies, local, state, and federal regulations. Manage staffing patterns, conduct weekly structured supervision, and review medication logs and client records bi-monthly to maintain accuracy and documentation. Handle recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing evaluation of residential staff while monitoring occupancy rates and facilitating intakes and discharge planning. Review and approve time off requests, oversee monthly Medicaid billing, and manage program finances including resident benefits and petty cash. Act as liaison with property specialists to ensure site maintenance meets safety standards and report incidents or grievances promptly. Provide direction to staff during business hours and rotate on-call coverage every 3-5 weeks to address crises. Monitor Quality Assurance standards in cooperation with the QI Specialist.
