Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a residential home for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports and compliance with Department of Developmental Services regulations. Lead staff in creating a person-centered environment, conduct interviews and hiring, provide on-site supervision, and deliver required trainings. Manage all documentation including ISP records, health care files, incident reports, and service schedules while handling billing and payroll. Participate in residential, clinical, and quality assurance meetings to uphold the mission of dignity and empowerment. Full-time, 40-hour schedule from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Minimum of three years prior experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Must be able to work at a desk/computer in an office environment
- Must be able to physically provide direct support to individuals in their homes
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for periods of time
- Must be able to push wheelchairs
- Must be able to provide physical intervention as necessary
- Must be able to lift and/or transfer individuals
Desired Qualifications
- BS/BA strongly preferred
