Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residences, implementing agency policy, ensuring DDS compliance, and providing quality living support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Lead staff in creating an atmosphere of respect and empowerment, utilizing a PBS approach to promote personal growth and community involvement. Manage daily schedules, staffing coverage, and clinical information for the Weekend On-Call team while maintaining accurate documentation including ISP records, incident reports, and house profiles. Ensure compliance with Residential Standards, QA tools, and survey requirements through regular fire drills, safety ratio monitoring, and system audits. Participate in directors meetings, clinical sessions, and agency training as assigned. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- minimum of three years prior experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or within human services
- Maintain certifications as required in Northeast Arc Policy and Procedures, including but not exclusive to: First Aid, CPR, MAPs, Vehicle Safety, Human Rights and Fire Safety
- Maintain a valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Must be able to work at a desk/computer in an office environment
- physically able to provide direct support to individuals in their homes
