Job Summary
Residential DSP role in Westminster or Taneytown, MD supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small residential home. Responsibilities include creating engaging daily routines, meal planning, cooking, laundry, light housekeeping, personal care, medication administration, mobility support, transportation, and facilitating community access. Emphasis on promoting independence, self-advocacy, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home. Requires completing required documentation and following agency/state guidelines. Shifts include Awake Overnight, weekends, and weekday evenings (start around 3:00pm). Training provided; DSP certification program with potential bonuses in first year and thereafter.
