Job Summary
Directly oversees residential program operations in Germantown, MD, planning and coordinating activities for individuals and ensuring quality care. Manages program budget, supervises staff, writes staff evaluations and reports, develops standard operating procedures, coordinates medical appointments and required documentation, collaborates with the nurse to ensure health, safety, and wellbeing, maintains records and data logs, participates in hiring and staff training, and provides direct support to individuals served.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
- BA or BS degree required (experience may be substituted in lieu of education in some cases)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
