Job Summary
Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of residential properties, leading cross-functional teams, guiding budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving leasing and occupancy strategies, and delivering portfolio performance insights to senior management. Responsibilities include managing multiple properties, developing and monitoring budgets, mentoring property management teams, coordinating with maintenance and leasing, optimizing operations for resident satisfaction, and presenting regular performance reports. Required skills include leadership across property-management teams, strong financial analysis and budgeting, effective communication, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in residential property management or portfolio management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple property management teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
