Job Summary
Diagnose common plumbing emergencies and perform services including water heater replacement, fixture repair, and drain cleaning. Utilize conventional sewer machines for repairs and mentor Plumbing Apprentices on-site. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting diverse residential systems in hot, cold, and wet climates. Requires two years of residential service experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
Desired Qualifications
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus
- Experience with Service Titan a plus!
