Job Summary
Residential Plumbing Estimator role supporting high-volume new construction across Florida. Prepare plumbing estimates from plans and specifications; perform material and labor takeoffs; develop plumbing isometrics and gas riser diagrams; identify scope gaps, design issues, and cost risks; coordinate with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution. Requirements include experience estimating residential plumbing, ability to read construction plans and specs, proven ability to create plumbing isometrics and gas riser diagrams, and strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods. Preferred: experience with production homebuilders and knowledge of Florida plumbing/gas codes. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
