Residential Plumber (Lititz)

Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters, re-pipes, well pumps, and kitchen/bath components. Present solutions, pricing, and options to homeowners, obtaining approval before work begins. Complete tasks neatly and efficiently while documenting findings, estimates, and work performed on an iPad. Mentor less experienced technicians and model safe, professional jobsite behavior. Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the service team as needed. This role serves homeowners across the Lititz, PA region during 1st shift hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Proficiency with mobile workflow tools
- ability to draft professional emails
- Ability to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and outdoors
- Ability to lift and carry as required
- These are 1st shift openings, 7:30am to 3:30pm
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus
