Job Summary
Represent the company in customer homes with a problem-solving mindset, installing and repairing residential plumbing equipment including re-piping, water heaters, fixtures, well pumps, and water treatment systems. Uphold core values of integrity by working precisely and efficiently while completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely manner. Provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues and work with minimal supervision as an integral part of a collaborative team. Maintain a lifelong learning mindset and proficiency with work-related technology, including using an iPad and typing professional emails. This 1st shift role (7:30am–3:30pm) offers customizable medical benefits, a company vehicle, gas card, and opportunities for overtime and additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- A commitment to doing the job right the first time and taking pride in work
- The mindset of a lifelong learner in the plumbing trade
- A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Proficiency with technology for work-related tasks, including using an iPad and typing professional emails
Desired Qualifications
- An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
- A Journeyman's or Master's License
