Job Summary
Residential Plumber responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering professional customer service in the field. Tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs/installations/replacements, servicing water heaters and drainage systems, communicating with customers, completing service documentation, maintaining vehicle inventory, following safety procedures, and supporting team operations in a field-service environment. Local travel within the service territory with regular daytime schedule and occasional overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Residential service plumbing background (preferred)
- Water heater, drain, and sewer experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship (preferred)
- Team-oriented mindset and dependable attendance (preferred)
