Job Summary
Lead and develop painting crews by training, mentoring, and supervising teams to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence. Manage projects by assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring deliveries meet time and budget targets. Ensure quality and safety by monitoring work against company standards and enforcing safety protocols, including proper hazardous material handling. Oversee materials and equipment by managing paint usage, inventory replenishment, and tool maintenance. Travel as needed to visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas. This bilingual role supports Dry PaT LLC's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation in residential remodeling.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams
- Clear, respectful, and confident communicator-written and verbal
- Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade
- Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Travel as Needed: Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects
