Job Summary
Residential Outreach Manager responsible for building and maintaining referral partnerships with hospitals, child welfare agencies, probation departments, schools, emergency departments, and community-based providers to support access to residential behavioral health services for young adults. Serves as liaison for the Crisis Residential Treatment Center (Excelsior) and Substance Use Residential Treatment Program (Via Avanta); conducts outreach and education, strengthens referral pathways, and helps ensure clients are appropriately matched to care. Works across Inglewood, Culver City, and Pacoima sites with travel as needed to maximize bed utilization, reduce admission barriers, and enhance client engagement and retention through coordinated outreach, admissions coordination, and performance improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related behavioral health field with clinical capability required; California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or equivalent) preferred.
