Job Summary
Residential/Outpatient Lead role in Indiana overseeing the Outpatient/Residential Quality Improvement Team. Responsible for guiding a team that conducts quality reviews and provides technical assistance to DMHA-funded programs, managing site visits, Corrective Action Plans, and monitoring processes. Develop training and technical assistance initiatives, ensure compliance with federal/state policies and grants, coordinate communications and reporting, and supervise staff to meet quality standards and deadlines. Role requires statewide travel and is approved for remote work; salary starts at $59,800 with potential commensurate with education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in a similar role or applicable leadership experience
- Specialized knowledge in program management and quality improvement
- Extensive knowledge of provider agencies and their programs and services
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws governing programs
- Ability to develop and implement new principles and policies
- Ability to present to internal/external stakeholders and government officials
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems
- Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to prepare monthly finance and accounting reports to maintain program budget and grants
- Ability to delegate work and manage workflow
- Ability to provide feedback, guidance, or corrective action and develop employee skillsets
- Ability to travel statewide
