Job Summary
Provide direct care nursing and administer medications to youth ages 10 to 21 in a secure residential setting while engaging with families and guardians. Complete admissions, offer medical treatments, and deliver intensive residential treatment for individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Work five 8-hour night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7 AM with every other weekend availability, including a two-week paid orientation. Starting pay is $35 plus shift differential and experience-based increases.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of RN program
- Current Georgia Nursing License
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Satisfactory Drug Screen results
- Background Check results
- Overnight availability, 6:30p-7am
- Every other weekend (Sat/Sunday) availability
- Holidays availability
- Ability to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class located in Kennesaw, GA
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience
- Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents
