Job Summary
Residential & Multifamily Roofing Sales Representative in the Denver Metro area (Arvada, CO). Build and maintain relationships with property managers, homeowners, HOAs, and multifamily contacts; generate new reroof and multifamily opportunities through networking and business development; manage incoming leads while growing your own pipeline; conduct site visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups; coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff; stay active in the market and build referral relationships. Prioritize a relationship-driven approach with a focus on growth, leverage existing lead flow, and drive commissions through a strong pipeline. Strong communication, self-motivation, and professionalism are essential to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of roofing sales experience preferred
- Experience in residential reroof and/or multifamily sales
- Existing network or ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-driven with strong communication skills
- Comfortable generating business through networking and follow-up
- Motivated by commissions and growth opportunity
- Strong energy, accountability, and professionalism
