Job Summary
Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in through trim-out, reading blueprints and coordinating with builders and project managers. Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians while ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements. Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead residential installation electrician required, along with strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the ability to read blueprints and layout electrical systems. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Competitive pay with weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses, plus a fully stocked company vehicle and fuel card.
Required Qualifications

- Experience leading crews on custom home projects
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
