Job Summary
Residential Navigator provides direct support and supervision to individuals in the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center, collaborating with clinical staff to implement stabilization plans, support emotional regulation, and assist clients in achieving short-term stabilization goals. Responsibilities include crisis intervention and de-escalation, facilitating psychoeducational groups and skill-building activities, monitoring client safety and progress, documentation, and supporting discharge planning within a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
Required Qualifications
- Two years direct care experience in human service field; two years of training in human service field OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, sociology or related human service field which is preferred.
