Job Summary
Assist the Residential Mortgage Sales Manager by managing the training process for Loan Counselors, including coaching and mentoring. Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and coordinate marketing materials. Participate in management support meetings and ensure compliance with federal registration under the SAFE Act. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Residential Mortgage experience or equivalent work experience. Two years of supervisory experience and general computer knowledge are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years Residential Mortgage experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 3 years Residential Mortgage experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- General knowledge of personal computers and software
